Mission Statement
Our goal is to lower global emissions through U.S. policymaking to maintain a clean environment and mitigate the impacts of climate change.
Citizens for Responsible Energy Solutions (CRES) Forum is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 2017 to educate Republican policymakers and the public about responsible, conservative solutions to address our nation’s energy, economic, and environmental security while increasing America’s competitive edge.
How We Do It
Policymaker Education: Finding opportunities to educate policy leaders and staff on the array of solutions that could be advanced and moving them to measurable action.
Convening Allies & Influencers: Coordination of like-minded groups and coalition-building to grow influence and awareness around clean energy technologies and policies.
Research: Producing original research, policy white papers and issue briefs.
Polling: Providing messaging, data and policy support from trusted pollsters.
Opportunities in States: Recruiting supporters in target states who understand the benefits of clean energy solutions and can impact future policies and leaders.
Communication & Education: Investing in robust storytelling, public education, and digital engagement focusing on the positive impact clean energy has on the economy, national security, and the environment.
