Max Boubin serves as the Policy Coordinator at CRES, where he supports the policy and advocacy team by monitoring policy developments, assisting with stakeholder engagement, and assessing federal policy initiatives and their impact on clean energy legislation. He also helps direct internal and external meetings, prepare materials for policy discussions, and support CRES events.
Prior to joining CRES, Max worked as Legislative Correspondent to Congressman Kelly Armstrong, where he managed constituent communications and policy-related projects. He also has interned in the U.S. Senate and gained experience in corporate government relations working in financial services at Visa Inc.
Max is a native of Colorado and graduated from Colgate University with a bachelor’s degree in political science and philosophy in 2024.
